REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS
Transfers are reviewed annually at the committee meeting following the completion of State Championship competitions. West Coast Calisthenics Club will only be accepting transfers from applicants already on its waiting list.
Transfers will only be accepted in writing to the club registrar after the State Championships Competitions have finished up to 31st March of the following year. Applications will not be accepted out side this time frame.
Written applications will be added to the wait list, where they will need to remain for a minimum of one Calisthenic competition season before consideration.
Being on the wait list does not guarantee a place will be offered as West Coast Transfers are reviewed annually.
In the event of transfer places being available applicants will be offered a place in order of the date their transfer request was received for the appropriate age group.
Once offered a place a written reply of acceptance must be received by the West Coast Registrar no later than 1st Dec, after this date the spot will be offered to the next person on the list.
If an applicant offered a place wishes to stay at their current club, but would like to stay on the wait list they will need to reapply in writing.
Transfer priority will only be given to returning West Coast members subject to places being available and is at the discretion of the executive committee.
Please note ALL applications to join the West Coast Calisthenics Club are at the discretion of the West Coast Committee and can be refused without recourse.
Transfers will not be considered if they are within the set timeframes for current club participation as stated in State Team and CAWA policies.
